Del’s Pastry continues to automate. Today, we are a 62, 000 square foot facility housing two production lines and three main packaging lines. We are made up of 150+ employees all passionate about the different elements that make up commercial baking. We are most excited about the recent installation of a fully automated laminating AMF Tromp Line. We will double our fully baked puff pastry capabilities, making our strudels and turnovers even more impressive with every bite. Now, with two world class automated pastry lines, we are a true global supplier and we are able to surpass our previous limitations.

We continue to grow with the addition of an 18,000 square feet freezer facility. This impressive space is helping us better meet the demand for ready to eat pastries and, we don't plan on slowing down!
