OUR STORY

Rising from the ashes, Del’s Pastry 2.0 is back and better than ever. After suffering a devastating fire in the summer of 2021, the Del’s Team has been working non-stop to get back to producing everyone’s favourite pastries. 

Today, we are proud to announce we operate out of 128,000 square feet, state of the art facility in Toronto, Canada. 

Del’s Pastry continues to automate and evolve into a more social and environmentally governed Company. Our outstanding employees, whom are all passionate about the different elements that make up our baking process, have been paramount in our sustainability. We are most excited about the recent installation of a fully automated laminating AMF Tromp Line…..and our 100 foot oven.

With all these resources at our fingertips, we will double our fully baked puff pastry capabilities, making our strudels, danishes and cinnamon buns more impressive with every bite.
