Today we are a 60, 000 square feet facility. The plant has two tunnel ovens and 3 main packaging lines.
Our most recent addition was the building of a 3000 sq foot freezer which has allowed us to keep our finished goods inventory in house instead of off site. We have also added 3000 sq feet of storage which has allowed us to increase our production space. The new space has been used to add in a fully automated laminating line from Rademaker to make pastries. The equipment and processing lines are flexible to accommodate the production of a variety of products for fresh or frozen requirments.
